3D Printed Halo Style Headband (Black) for the Oculus Quest 2 Stock Head Strap

Description

I felt that the original stock head strap did not provide comfortable long term use of the Oculus Quest 2. After researching existing head strap products and failing to find a perfect solution, I decided to partially upgrade the stock head strap of Quest 2 instead to getting a new one.
The major issue of the stock head strap is the front weight from the Quest 2, which counts on the friction between it and your face to hold onto its position. Therefore, a headband on your forehead would reduce the loading and allow you to
enjoy
your
Quest 2 for a longer duration.
The package will contain:
1. One 3D printed
Halo Style Headband
in
Black
Color
with pre-installed
1/2" thick sponge neoprene foam
.
The
eSun PLA Plus
filament was used for strength and quality.
2.
Two 3/5" width, 4" long
hook loop cables ties
that tie the headband.
You can use any velcro straps or use stick-on velcro to do the job.
3. One
extra
1/2" thick sponge neoprene foam for
Future Replacement.
I also recommend you get a VR Cover Facial Interface and a
cushion pad on the back
to optimize your Quest 2 experience. The total cost of these enhancements together will be almost the same to the cost of Oculus Quest Elite Strap. The

demonstration
purpose only.
