Core warmth on Autumn/Winter training rides. The Isterico Vest features weatherproof WINDSTOPPER X-Fast front and side panels with a lighter ventilating rear panel. The close anatomic fit and high collar seal out the elements on wet, windswept routes.
The Isterico Vest is designed to keep your core warm during long off-season training rides. The windproof and water-resistant Windstopper® X-Fast 2 fabric on the front and sides will protect you from the elements, while the Warmer fabric on the back will give you maximum temperature regulation. Isterico is cut to provide an anatomic fit, with an elastic band on the back of the waist to keep it from riding up. A zippered front pocket is perfect for cell phone or keys, while three traditional rear pockets will take care of the inner tubes and food. Rear reflective tabs and trim at the hem provide increased visibility in low-light conditions.
WINDSTOPPER® X-Fast
A light weight and stretchy membrane fabric for weatherproof protection and insulation. X-Fast features a Gore WINDSTOPPER® membrane for total wind protection with outstanding breathability. The fabric has a brushed fleece inner surface for excellent insulation and moisture transfer. The outer surface is treated with a DWR water-repellent finish to shed rain and spray before it is absorbed.
Warmer Fabric
Warmer is more than a name, it’s exactly what the fabric delivers during workouts. Its fleecy inside keeps you warm, while 100% polyester fibres quickly wick sweat away. It’s the fabric of choice when thermal insulation is equally important as moisture management.
About Cycling Gilets
A gilet is perfect for use on a bike, especially if you set off early in the morning before the air has warmed up. The windproof fabric keeps your body warm on the front where the chilly wind hits it without making your back too hot. They are light and easy to roll up and store when things warm up.
