How to Repair Cigarette Burns in Car Upholstery
Our  Interior Burn-Out Repair Kit for Cigarette Burns Works in THREE SIMPLE STEPS to Repair Surface Burns:
1. Choose Your Velour Color: Some colors will match right from the jar. But, you can mix colors together to get the best color match. To mix colors: place a small amount of your chosen Velour Colors into the Puffer Bottle until the desired color is reached. Be sure to gently shake the Puffer Bottle to blend the colors perfectly.
2. Apply a small amount of Velour Adhesive into the damaged area. Be careful, don’t apply too much.
3. Using the Puffer Bottle: squeeze the Puffer until damaged area is filled with the velour flock.
If you need to feather out the repair and ensure a super-permanent bond, use Mask-A-Tak (sold separately). Directions Included.
Additional Steps for Burns Through Fabrics:
Follow the directions for Repair Surface Burns with the following modifications.
First, remove any rings of melted fabric on the edges of the hole.
Then, put a small amount of glue into the hole. Then insert a piece of foam as a subordinate patch.
