Additional Information:
This is a good pair of Timpani. As you can see in the pictures they have had several dents all around their shells removed. The 25" timpani does have some small breaks from dent removal in the shell. The heads are in good used condition and the pedals are functioning. The pedal on the 28" timpani top part of the pedal is broken off and not included. One of the legs is a replacement leg as you can see in pictures the finish is different from the rest of the timpani. On each of the timpani there is a split on the type of lug screw. Three are typical lug screws and three are the T bar lug screws. Overall, these timpani are still in good shape and very much still functional. If you are on a budget and need timpani, these could be the ones for you!

Several dents and dings and there has been heavy dent removal. There are at least three small breaks in the shell of the 25" timpani(see pics).

Incomplete Return:
The item will be inspected upon return and if any original parts or pieces are missing you will be contacted to send the missing items back.  If you are unable to return the missing item/part, you forfeit the refund.  All partial items that have been returned will also be forfeited and will be the property of Musical Instrument City.

Damage during Outbound Shipping:
In the unfortunate chance your item is damaged, the following procedure must be followed exactly in order to process a refund. Failure to comply with the following procedures constitutes a violation of the return policy and therefore a refund will not be given. Please contact us immediately. Save everything, including the box, packing materials, and shipping label. Without the original box and packing materials, a claim cannot be made, and a refund will not be issued. Take a full set of pictures so the damage can be assessed. Don’t send anything back yet until we contact our insurance company.  We will tell you when you may ship the item back.  Please see instructions for return shipping below. If it is determined that the item was damaged in shipping, we will send you a return shipping label via eBay Messages.  Refunds will not be issued for merchandise, which has been damaged while in your possession.

Damage during Return Shipping:
The item will be inspected upon return and if the item is damaged during return shipping, we will contact you so you can file an insurance claim.  Because you are the shipper, we cannot initiate a claim.  Depending upon how much damage was sustained you may only get a partial refund or no refund due to the damage.

Be sure all original parts of the item purchased are included before you return it.

In order to receive a refund our policy requires you to put insurance on the item for its return shipping.

Please use the original packing material and box.  Please use original packing material inside the case around the item.  Also use the original packing material around the case in the box to protect the item from shipping damage. If your item does not have a case, please use all packing material that the item came with to protect the item from shipping damage.

Uninsured packages or items shipped “COD” or “Shipping Due” will be refused and a refund will not be issued.

Once the item is received, we will conduct a physical inspection. This inspection will determine your eligibility for a refund.
